| There is a grocery store in Claysburg. It is on
Business Route 220 several hundred yards beyond the Ski Gap
Road traffic light. A pharmacy is on Route 220 as well as a
gas station. |

| Bring food, your family, add some friends, and
have fun! Certain special services can be arranged upon arrival,
such as birthday cakes, balloons, wine, or flowers. Please ask
for additional information when making your reservation! |

Knob All Seasons Resort, adjacent to the property,
includes many fine amenties including skiing, snowboarding,
mountain biking, golf, a bar and cafeteria at the Main Lodge
on top of the mountain, the Clubhouse Bar & Restaurant
and the Black Bear Restaurant.

A $200 security deposit will hold your reservation up to the
date full payment is due. Mail the security deposit payable
to Philip Masters, 106 Maple Avenue , Hershey , PA 17033

Full payment is due 3 weeks prior to arrival

Check-in time is 3:00 p.m. and check-out is at 1:00 p.m.

The day of your arrival, the Manager will have unlocked the
house and turned up the heat. A key will be on the kitchen counter

When you depart, please turn the heat to 50 degrees, leave
the key on the counter, and lock all doors as you leave
- Your security deposit will be returned after the Manager has
confirmed there has been
no loss, damage, or excessive cleaning costs

Refund Policy
If reservations are cancelled and another party books the house
in your time slot, your full payment will be refunded. If we are
not able to rent the house during the time you reserve no refund
will be made. Your $200 security deposit will be returned.
Spring Thaw Refund Policy
If the ski area closes due to an early thaw, you will receive a
full refund
